The thesis
Most valuable business software is unglamorous — it replaces a manual document-and-decision workflow with something structured and auditable. There are thousands of these workflows, each too small for a big platform to bother with and too painful for the people stuck doing them by hand. AI changes the economics: a small team can now build, ship, and operate software that used to require a whole company. So instead of betting everything on one product, Linganore builds a portfolio of focused ones.
The operating model
Built around AI-assisted development. Agentic coding tools, structured-JSON data contracts, reusable document-extraction pipelines, and evaluation harnesses let one person move at a pace that used to need a team. Each product reuses the studio's shared infrastructure, so the second is cheaper than the first and the third is cheaper than the second — all grounded in public, industry-standard frameworks and open regulations.
One company, one product suite
Customers talk about Leo; Linganore is the company that builds and stands behind it. Leo is also the AI agent that does the real work inside each product — named, honestly, after a golden retriever.
What's in build
The plan is more editions and more products under the studio — each a focused answer to a narrow operational problem, each reusing more of the shared engine than the last. The long arc is a portfolio of software companies. The current reality is three products and one studio, building in the open.
